Due to not fielding a team in the previous season, our Women's team had to take a step back into Division 2. This was new issue for us, as it would give time for Coach Salmon to organise her ladies and get them use to the TBE work ethos and style of play. We had some familiar faces return along with some fresh blood which helped solidify the starting position of this newly formed team. Coach Salmon was confident that her team would be able to gain promotion back into Division 1, and was looking at having an extremely successful season before COVID-19. However, that will not holt the restart - along with new players stepping in from the new WEABL side, as soon as play can resume, the ladies will be getting prepared for the 2021/22 season, with gaining promotion being the only target!
