Coach Mroso was facing an uphill battle this season having lost some key players due to them moving up an age group alongside gaining some new recruits. Star player Tyrese Lacey, Great Britain U16's point guard, returned for his final season at this age group looking to push the new recruits up to the standard of TBE. Coach Mroso is very passionate about defensive principles and it was the first thing he was implementing into this fresh squad. Before COVID-19 stopped play, the team were still looking a bit green, but were definitely a much improved squad and were ready to take their A-game to the competition. Coach Mroso will have a lot of the same squad, and will inherit some of the U14's from this season, so when play resumes for the 2021/22 season, he will have the makings of a fine squad who will need to be taken seriously in the coming season.
